Understanding ones self is the key to life. William Shakespeare once wrote "To thy own self be true"
To be true to ones self is as challenging as climbing Mount Everest. It is the journey of a 1000 miles which I believe few ever reach. I believe to successfully complete the quest of true self one must start at the beginning of when one feels self was lost. Excepting the fact that you are lost my be mission impossible. Not one sane human would admit to being lost about ones true id of life.
but when you do finally find yourself, its one of the most beautiful, painful, ugly, awe-inspiring, life-changing moments you'll ever experience! trust, i know!
